Returns
We gladly accept returns for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the packaging is intact, and the product shows no signs of use.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Espresso Gear AB. In such cases, we will provide a return label. Please note that an administration fee may apply for processing returns.
