You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned items must be:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Received the wrong item? Something arrived damaged? That’s on us.

We’ll sort it out quickly and send a replacement or refund—your choice.
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can:

Return the original item

Place a new order for the product you want instead
This ensures faster processing and avoids items going out of stock while we wait.
💡 A few notes:

Items bought from our resellers or distributors must be returned directly to them.

Custom or engraved products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
